Return Policy We offer a 3-day return policy. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if: • The product is damaged or broken • You received the wrong item • The item is unused and in original condition • Packaging and seal are intact For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned. Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect the returned item: • Refund will be approved within 24–48 hours • Amount will be refunded within 3 working days • Refund will be sent via bank transfer or original payment method Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side). Exchange Option If you prefer, we can also exchange the product instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
